The Department of Computer Science was established in the year 1997 with the under graduate course of 2 sections, and it was upgraded with post graduate course M.Sc., Information Technology in the year of 2002, M.Phil., in the year of 2010, M.Sc., Computer Science in the year of 2014 to impact value based computer education to the rural and down – trodden students.
Our prime asserts are faculty members with enormous knowledge in the fields of academic and research.
The Department of Computer Science is supported by a team of well qualified faculty members specializing in diverse areas of Computer Science. The meticulous care that the department takes to fine-tune the student’s academic attainments has contributed to the professional excellence of the students.
The Department has thin client monitor system powered by high-end server and seamless internet facility. The department organized various programs such as Seminars, Workshop, National-Level conference in the name of Advanced Computing and Communications [Adcom’15], etc., for the students to develop their skills in recent trends of Information Technology. The students are extremely participate and also present a paper with full of enthusiasm.
The Department strongly construct the platform for the students to exposure their knowledge of upgraded things in the field of Information Technology. The Department has vast number of University Rank holders and some of our students are placed in well reputed companies. Others being a part of research department in the Computer world.
