Principal Message

This holistic development is possible due to the support extended by the Government, our College Management,

Parents, Well-wishers, Professors, Administrative Staff and specially by our students. College students are neither child nor

adults. Our College provides a good platform to undergo an effective transition so as to become responsible future citizens. Each

student wants to be successful. Everybody wants job. Everybody wants to do research in unique areas and in foreign countries.

But these are only aspirations. Each student has their own path. It is important to ﬁnd out what do you want. This is the ﬁrst step

which will make everybody’s life to move towards their predetermined goals. Success has different forms. As an academic head I

am really proud to say that our most respected Chairman Sir and beloved Secretary Sir, have created a conducive academic

climate to learn, to grow and to enrich. This is nothing but real authentic happiness. There is a saying by a researcher that

“Authentic Happiness lies in the setting of goals and reaching of goals”. Our professors have created an excellent academic

ambience through which our students are facilitated, to identify their respective goals and the way to reach their goals on time.

This makes not only the students to be happy but also the parents and the society to be proud.

Authentic Happiness in based on Five important factors. They are:

• Positive Feeling

• To be engaged always

• Creation of good Interpersonal Relationship

• Doing something which has its own meaning and importance

• Accomplishment or constantly becoming better and better.

These are regularly practised in our College, to ensure production of excellent academic output .

Today’s academic practices and performance will take our students to a status of Authentic Happiness or Conﬁnement

in future. Discipline, Student Friendliness, Sense of Belongingness/Attachment and Self Direction/Self Control are the tools

with which we have reached the fruit of success. (attainment of “A” Grade in NAAC Re-accreditation). Its my sincere appeal to my

students to be focussed always, ﬁnding time to do exercise, to take balanced diet and to have adequate sleep that will help you to

be always fresh. The single factor that determines success is “Inculcation of Explanatory Style”. Our students are trained to be

optimistic always. Our students are also trained to be gratitude by way of writing the reasons for right things happened everyday

and that it becomes a good regular habit. If students are trained to have gratitude, life will be fulﬁlled with love that shows the

horizon a beautiful future and life. We assure the provision of quality education, updation of academic knowledge, acquiring

practical skills, enlightenment of social responsibility and the need for belongingness and attachments towards this model

institution. I am delighted to declare that our academic results are constantly excellent with University ranks, gradual upward

graph for placements, introduction of Ph.D courses, effective participation in SWAYAM linked online courses and Internships,

establishment of innovative start-ups, creation of women entrepreneurs through which our vision of “Empowerment through

Education, Employment and Ethics” is visualized in this campus. I sincerely thank our Government, Villagers, Parents, Well

wishers, Professors, Administrative Staff and all future citizen who have contributed a lot for the development of this great

institution.
