KNOWLEDGE FORUM
A faculty member-led group activity called "knowledge forum" was established to aid in the process of expanding knowledge. An individual or group of faculty members can exchange information and knowledge in a knowledge forum, creating a network of fresh concepts. Faculty members' thoughts and information become part of the community's knowledge when they contribute to a group; at that point, the knowledge becomes "ours" rather than "mine." Faculty members discuss new developments and trends in their specialties as well as insights they have received by attending technical workshops, seminars, FDPs, and industrial trips in the knowledge forums. Sharing general information acquired from reading historical books, novels, and quality films with other members extends beyond technical discussions.
